Shohoz Boost – Refund Policy

If you place an order for any service and we are unable to deliver that service, and you do not receive it within 7 working days, we will cancel or partially cancel the order and refund the amount to your Shohoz Boost account balance.

To be clear, the refunded amount will be returned to your Shohoz Boost website balance, which you will be able to see in your account.

Once you add balance to our website, you cannot withdraw that balance whenever you wish.

However, if you order a service and we are unable to deliver it, and we repeatedly fail to provide the same service or any alternative service, you will be eligible to withdraw that amount. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of your withdrawal request, and the money will be sent only to the same account from which you originally added the balance.

We do not promote any illegal, political, or unlawful activities. If we find that your order violates our rules, we will immediately suspend your account without prior notice. In such cases, you will not receive any refund. If necessary, legal action may be taken.

If you face any problem while adding balance to our website, you must contact us on WhatsApp and provide all payment proof, including your payment screenshot, last 4 digits, transaction ID, and payment time.

If you cannot provide valid proof, your balance will not be added.

Any balance you add to our website must come from a legitimate source. If it is proven that you added balance using someone else's money, you may be subject to legal action.

Shohoz Boost reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the latest version of this policy.

Please remember that Shohoz Boost never accepts any form of illegal transactions.

• আপনি যদি কোনো সার্ভিস অর্ডার করেন এবং আমরা সেই সার্ভিসটি দিতে অক্ষম হই, তাহলে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে যদি সার্ভিসটি না পান, সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা অর্ডারটি Cancel বা Partial করে আপনার Shohoz Boost অ্যাকাউন্টের Balance-এ সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ রিফান্ড করে দেব।
• পরিষ্কার করে বলতে গেলে, রিফান্ডের অর্থটি আপনার Shohoz Boost ওয়েবসাইটের Balance-এ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, যা আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে দেখতে পারবেন।
• আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে একবার Balance লোড করার পর, আপনার ইচ্ছামতো যেকোনো সময় সেই Balance Withdraw করতে পারবেন না।
• তবে, আপনি যদি কোনো সার্ভিস অর্ডার করেন এবং আমরা সেটি দিতে না পারি, অর্থাৎ বারবার চেষ্টা করার পরও একই ধরনের বা বিকল্প কোনো সার্ভিস প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হই, তাহলে আপনি অবশ্যই সেই অর্থ Withdraw করতে পারবেন। আপনার Withdraw Request করার ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র যে অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে আপনি Balance লোড করেছেন, সেই একই অ্যাকাউন্টে অর্থ রিফান্ড করা হবে।
• আমরা কোনো প্রকার অবৈধ, রাজনৈতিক অথবা বেআইনি কার্যক্রম Promote করি না। যদি আপনার অর্ডারে এমন কোনো বিষয় দেখতে পাই, যা আমাদের Rules-এর বাইরে, তাহলে আমরা কোনো প্রকার পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট Suspend করে দেব। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি কোনো অর্থ রিফান্ড পাবেন না। প্রয়োজনে আইনের সহায়তা নেওয়া হবে।
• আপনার যদি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে Balance Add করতে কোনো সমস্যা হয়, তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের WhatsApp-এ মেসেজ করবেন। সেই সঙ্গে পেমেন্টের সকল প্রমাণ, যেমন— Payment Screenshot, শেষ ৪ ডিজিট, Transaction ID এবং Payment Time প্রদান করতে হবে।
• আপনি যদি প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণ দিতে না পারেন, তাহলে আপনার Balance Add করা হবে না।
• আপনি যে Balance আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যোগ করছেন, তা অবশ্যই বৈধ হতে হবে। যদি এমন হয় যে, অন্য কারও অর্থ ব্যবহার করে আপনি Balance লোড করেছেন এবং সেটি আমাদের কাছে প্রমাণিত হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে আইনের আওতায় আসতে হতে পারে।
• আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই নীতিমালা আপডেট করতে পারি। আপনি সার্ভিস ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে যে আপনি নতুন নীতিমালা মেনে নিয়েছেন।
• মনে রাখবেন, Shohoz Boost কখনোই কোনো ধরনের অবৈধ লেনদেন গ্রহণ করে না।
